This could be a class or a course, but maybe an action plan for a successful book launch. (Checklist, maybe?) The post a few days ago asking about pre-orders made me think about it.

Maybe some about setup, but more about what to track, how to track it, etc.

I use Notion (but not as well as I could. It's all kinds of chaos at the moment.) Maybe either a crash course for organizing writing notes/marketing stuff on Notion, or an article? I'm sitting here looking at my scattered notes and trying to figure out if I can link my WIP's secret Pinterest board to a Notion file to keep my notes together, which prompted the question.

A class on character building would be awesome. Creating compelling flaws, wants, and needs. What makes a character that readers will love or hate (in a good way).

I cannot believe I'm asking about this, but here we go: *When to do it (is there a threshold for # of readers/followers on social media/rate of engagement/email list size *Care and feeding of your readers (What to post/how often to post without cutting into writing time.) *Avoiding pitfalls (too much time in the group/responding, feeling too available, common mistakes, etc.) *Alternatives ideas if the idea of moderating a group sounds like too much (adapting the ideas for social media?)
